Table Rock Lake Fishing Report April 18 2015

A nice Table Rock Lake Smallmouth

Dillon with a nice Smallie

Table Rock Lake is at normal pool and the fishing is Fantastic.  With the water temps in the low 60s  the fish have moved up shallow all over the lake.  We have a lot of fish on the spawning beds right now and I foresee another wave moving up with the next full moon.  You can catch fish on just about anything you want to throw.  We have been doing best on Shaky heads rigged with a green pumpkin finesse worm.  The fish are anywhere from the main lake to the backs of the creeks and coves.  The White Bass have shown up in the backs of the major creeks around the Dam. You can catch them on jerk baits and arigs or just about any minnow imitating lure.  You just need to keep moving to find the schools and once you find then you can catch a bunch in a hurry.  This is the time of year we really need to release the Bass as they are in the spawning stage and we need them to have a successful spawn so we can continue to enjoy the great fishing Table Rock Lake has to offer.  If your interested in a guided fishing trip just drop me a line

Till next time   Good Fishin’
