Table Rock Lake Fishing Report April 22, 2018

Table Rock Lake is at normal pool and the water temperature is in the low 50s.  The fishing has been up and down with this crazy weather we have been having.  They are calling for more stable temperatures so that should get the bite more consistent.  You can catch fish on the main lake, in the pockets, in the coves and in the creeks. Our main baits have been 4 inch swimbaits on an underspin and throwing a Carolina rigged Zoom centipede.  There has been some big tournaments lately and they were catching them on Jerkbaits,  Crankbaits,  Spinnerbaits, and Jigs.  There has been a wave of fish move up to spawn and I believe a bigger wave is setting up to move toward the end of the week closer to the full moon.  Fishing is about to get real good real soon. With stable weather this lake is getting ready to live up to it’s reputation as one of the best Bass lakes in the country.

Till next time   Good Fishin’

Jamie
