Table Rock Lake is about 12 foot above normal. The water temperature is in the mid 80s. The fishing remains good although the fish have moved up some with the high water. You can still catch some off the deep trees but not as many as before the rise in water. The key depths seem to be 18 to 25 feet deep. There are some fish in the flooded brush but we have been catching more in 18 to 25 range. With the water color you can get over these shallower fish and still drop shot to catch them. We have also been catching some on jigs, tubes and swimbaits. Because of the high water, we have still been catching some nice Smallmouth Bass. We are also catching some nice big Bream and some Walleye using crawlers on the points. The fish aren’t everywhere so you have to keep moving and searching. Once you catch one, you can usually catch multiple fish from the same spot.
Till next time Good fishin’
